Queens Birthday Holiday 2008
Posted by Mick under: Upper Yarra Valley Historical Society .
If you are around the Upper Yarra Valley and looking for something to do on the Queens Birthday holiday (Monday the 9th of June 2008) , I’ll be opening up the gates of the Upper Yarra Museum at Yarra Junction at around 10am and will keep them open till about 5pm.
An easy way to tell if its open is if you see the Australian flag flying on the flag post…if it is, pop in and experience some local history and say hello. And if you mention the website to me, I’ll throw in a free postcard :)
Note: The Upper Yarra Museum is run by the Upper Yarra Valley Historical Society and is normally open between 1.30pm and 5pm every Sunday and on most public holidays.
